If you come from Avian Influenza free coutry you must do this procedure below

1. Make inport permit first

2. Contact CITES to make CITES certificate in your country

3. Test birds for negative result 1. Avian Influenza 2.Newcastle Disease ( from EU Approved lab )

4. Make health Certificate from Government only !!!!!!! ( from Department of agriculture and veterinary service )

If you come from non-avian influenza free country THAILAND NOT ALLOWED !!!!!!! to import pet birds
